These terms govern your use of theveliahair.com (https://theveliahair.com) and purchases from Velia Hair, an online-only store in Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We may change prices and product availability at any time without notice; the price shown when you order applies.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for unavailable stock, pricing or listing errors, failed confirmation, or suspected misuse. If an order is cancelled, you will not be charged.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is Cash on Delivery only. Delivery is available within Egypt only, as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Product appearance

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velia Hair is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
